Terms of sale

Who we are

SHERAE is a digital product brand under SRHWorks, Malaysia. Reach us at sherae@srhworks.com.

What you are buying

A digital PDF file. Not a physical product, not a subscription, and not a service. Buying Professional Meeting System™ at RM39 is a single payment with nothing recurring.

How it is delivered

As soon as payment is confirmed you are taken to a download page and the file arrives immediately. There is no email to wait for. Keep that page link if you want to download it again later. If the download fails, email us and we will send the file directly.

Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe, including credit cards, debit cards and supported wallets. We never see or store your card number. Stripe handles that entirely.

What you may do with it

The file is for your own personal and professional use. Print as many copies as you need for yourself. You may not resell it, redistribute it, upload it to file-sharing sites, or present it as your own work.

Limits

This is a working tool, not legal, financial or professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made using it.

Refund policy

No refunds once the file has been downloaded.This is a digital product delivered instantly, and once it is in your hands it cannot be returned.

We state this clearly before you pay, so there are no surprises. It is also why the product page shows the full contents, the page count and an interactive demo: so you know what you are buying before you buy it.

When we do refund

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You paid but the file never arrived, and we could not deliver it.
• The file you received is damaged and cannot be opened, and we cannot repair it.

In any of those cases, email sherae@srhworks.com with the date of your payment. We reply within 3 working days.

Privacy notice

In line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

• When you buy: your name and email address, collected and stored by Stripe rather than by this site.
• If you ask to be notified about new systems: your email address and which system interests you, stored by our hosting provider, Netlify.

Why we keep it

To deliver what you bought, to answer support questions, to meet accounting record requirements, and, if you asked for it, to tell you when a new system opens.

What we do not do

We do not sell your address to anyone. We send no weekly newsletter. If you ask to be notified about new systems, you receive one email on the day that system opens, and nothing more.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sherae@srhworks.com and we will handle it within 14 days.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies and runs no advertising. Stripe’s payment page uses its own cookies to process your transaction securely.
